“Özdilek Academy” which we established to ensure adoption of traditionalized culture and values of our company by our employees at the highest level, to provide our personnel with advanced professional and personal development opportunities, to make sure that they are competent, efficient, customer and system oriented employees suitable for recent and future needs is implemented by the Department of Human Resources.  Our company, always being aware that a dynamic organizational structure could only be possible through dynamic employees, increases competences of all of our employees while raising the managers of the future among us with “Özdilek Academy” as part of our organizational culture. One of the most important objectives of “Özdilek Academy” which is also directly connected to our career planning system is to prepare all of our employees for the future.  Our Academy Training System consists of two (2) groups as Personnel Training System and Manager Training System.

We have approximately one hundred (100) internal sourced training packages for our employees according to their duties and positions.  Our employees who have completed their training programs in the result of the training sessions provided constantly are awarded with Özdilek Academy Graduation Certificate."
